Ankles can be replaced

Larry Burnett, 63, suffers from osteoarthritis, and his right hip has been replaced. But Burnett says his ankle has bothered him for more than 40 years. Traditonal ankle replacements have a high failure rate, but Burnett agreed to get a newer version of an ankle replacement, a prosthesis placed inside the shin bone in sections. After years of carefully watching his ankle, Larry is now free from pain and is able to participate in the activities he enjoys most
